Temperament:

The Sealyham Terrier gets on reasonably well with other dogs. For it to get along with cats and other pets, it has to be introduced to them very early. Provided they have positive experience with children when a puppy, it will get along with children when they are grown up. With visitors it can be friendly or cautious-much depend on the early social training.

Coat:

The long, hard, wire-haired outer layer of the coat covers a weather resistant under-layer. The colours are entirely white, or white with lemon, brown, blue, or badger-coloured markings on the head and/or ears.

Care:

Comb the coat regular and take the dog twice a year to a trimming salon. With less common breeds like the Sealyham, it is necessary to find a salon where it can be expertly clipped out.

Training:

These Terriers learn quite quickly. Make sure you are real consistent with them because they are terriers with a will of their own
